If your package will be sitting in a mailbox that is over 90 degrees or under 34 degrees and you do not purchase rush shipping with a cold pack or heat pack, we will not replace it. That being said, we want you to be successful in your research and will handle all other replacements on a case by case basis. We can supply plates and spores if you struggling with Liquid Cultures. We are very reasonable when it comes to helping our customers.

Your ice pack will not be cold and the heat pack may not be hot when it arrives. These packs act as a "thermal mass" that will slow down the rise and fall of temperatures. You still must get the package out of the mailbox as soon as possible because it will eventually die if left in the extreme temperatures. When you order a pack your also getting extra bubble wrap around the pack and product so that they are insulated from each other. The double wrapping also slows down temperature changes to help improve the survival rate. 

 Rush shipping is an item to purchase in the store and is not selected at checkout. This will provide "USPS Priority Mail" which is typically two days. USPS does not guarantee a specific number of days. 2. Shipping will occur on our regular Monday and Thursday
